This is a well written article. The author quotes Willett and Hu, from the Harvard School of Public health are very reputable sources. Their research supports glycemic load as a diabetes risk factor.

  2. Dr. Phillips, Have you seen the Youtube video, "Sugar: The bitter truth" by Dr. Robert Lustig, a Pediatric Endocrinologist at UCSF? I beleive you'd appreciate it. He eventually focuses on HFCS in the presentation, which answered some questions for me. I'm amazed at how many products contain this.
